In this role you…
- Must have more than three years of full-time work experience, and be a British Pakistani
- Will be matched with a British Pakistani mentee who has less than five years of full time work experience
- Will mentor them in 6 sessions, taking place over 12 weeks
- Need to have one hour available every fortnight
- Can mentor more than one person at the same time if you’d like, as long as you have the availability
